Are you looking for something to do tonight? King’s Books is hosting the the Shakepeare In the Parking Lot Theatre Company’s production of Hamlet: Something Rotten Is Going On! The show starts at 7:00 pm and runs tonight and tomorrow night, November 3rd and 4th. Check out “an evening of comedy and tragedy, a contemporary take of the melancholy bard.”
Admission is by donation.

Man, It’s not going to be in the parking lot is it? I mean, last night it was a lake, not to mention cars constantly trying to back out of those tight spaces… Maybe Merchant of Venice would be better.

I went tonight, I mean…I meant to go tonight. I went to Doyle’s at 5:30 and kept checking the lot. Well, being that it was raining, they went inside. So I caught the very last minute. Literally! So I plan to go on the 11th to Embellish. Perhaps they should note on the website the “alternate” site for rain.
(By the way, I do realize that it is completely my fault that I missed it. If I had stepped away from the bar, I would have further investigated the status of the Shakespeare.)
