Great neighborhood. $275k. Conveniently located a few feet from a corner grocery store and a Hank’s bar. Sure, it used to be a triplex and it’s now single family. It could be a mess. I’d tackle it. If I was in a position to. Two car garage speaks to me. But I still can’t get over that much money these days for what’s even admitted to being a fixer. Two illustrations are listed to appear in the Tacoma Daily Ledger from 11/24/1901, pages 23 & 31. 1977 photo on file in the Tacoma public Library Cultural Resource Survey (all rights reserved by the Tacoma Public Library). Now has vinyl siding with ho-hum color.
