I hope Chelsea Heights is successful. I think structures of this magnitude should become more commonplace in neighborhoods away from the downtown area. This particular development contains elements not found in most new downtown condos: 2 bedroom floor plans, somewhat reasonable prices, a central courtyard…..I think it may be an attempt to accomodate those of us that want to live near downtown and also want to raise a family.

Yes, we want the condos sold so that Prium can start work on the restoration efforts on the Winthrop Hotel sooner rather than later. Its nice to see they are working so hard on Chelsea Heights to move it along.
They just finished the floor yesterday.
I hear the wine will be provided by Kris from Vin Grotto.
