The Horatio Theater’s production of “Molly Sweeney” opens tonight. “Molly Sweeney” was written by Brian Friel, a Tony-award winning Irish playwright. The play is about a blind woman who decides to undergo an operation to restore her sight … with unforeseen consequences.

I have to admit that I’m a wee bit jealous! Thursdays (well, weekdays) are tough for me this time of the year but I definitely aim to make one of these performances. I can’t wait to hear how it goes.
