We were reasonably impressed with the Vintage Y condominiums on open house day a few weeks ago. At the time only a single unit was apparently done and just two were open, but the potential for the place was obvious. In the last few weeks several people have told us how much they liked the Y and that they wanted to see more. Well, several units are now on the market. They hit MLS a few days ago. The description is probably one of the most boring I’ve seen for a place with so much interest.
The finest in Vintage Design. 12 ceilings, beautifully crafted millwork; timeless in design. The homes are being sold owner occupied only and is a non-smoking building. The building is on the National Historic registry and qualifies for the historic tax credit. All new stainless steel appliances; including washer and dryer. Each home is air-conditioned.
Yawn. There hasn’t been much hype over this building, and the listing seems to continue that trend. Condos at these prices could probably use a little hype. At least give us a few photos.
We like the building. If anybody gets inside to see some of the upper units, send me a report. I’d love to hear your opinions.
