Love Tacoma - Follow Up (12. June 2007, 19:32 by Derek Young) ~ Absolutely Great
Love Tacoma’s official launch at Pacific Grill appears to have been a tremendous success. The place was packed. Proud Tacomans were everywhere. They filled the entire front dining area of Pacific Grill, went back through the bar, and spilled out into the dining room. Old friends. New friends. Hipsters. Suits. Most of them had the official Love Tacoma cocktail designed by the bar at Pacific Grill. It was amazing and we look forward to many more events this summer. Thank you to all the organizers. I had a great time this evening.

Is this thing on? Good, still works. Glad to hear the event went well. Still haven’t been to Pacific Grill myself. Someday…

Awesome event! It’s great to see the rising number of Tacomans taking pride in our great city! I loved the “Love Tacoma” cocktails!

Missed the buzz however very pleased the “party was ON” at P/Grill- don’t forget their neighbors “Sea Grill” and that deck area which could more than hold a bundle of ‘We Love Tacoma” alum ! Good Job !

It was a great event! I was pleasantly suprised. Not only was it a great turnout, but it was exciting to see so many interesting friendly young Tacomans. I liked how it didn’t feel to formal, it is mostly just a great way to met people and enjoy happy hour. Thank you to the event organizers!
I know nametags are dorky but I wonder if nametags made on the spot there would help people meet people they don’t know…not sure but an idea. THANKS!
