More Realtors for Downtown Tacoma? (13. June 2007, 07:37 by Derek Young) ~ Moving In

You may not care, but your realtor friends might. A passing bird has mentioned that NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service), the keepers of daily/hourly/constant dose of real estate data, is moving their Fircrest office to South Downtown. They will be located at 2550 Yakima Avenue in the Pierce County Realtors Building. Welcome to the neighborhood.

I think it will be a nice move for the MLS and it will consolidate service providers for new & existing TPCAR (Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtor) members. That building is going to be a hub for exciting new educational classes for agents and lots more!
