Clearly, Exit133 is looking to take on the iTunes monolith with their own online music store devoted to Tacoma-only bands.

The problem with launching a viral marketing campaign is the waiting for the curiosity to build enough to release the next piece.

I consider myself to be at least of average intelligence and whatever this is or is supposed to be – I don’t get it.

Here are the questions answered in today’s event. It seems so easy when on a computer…
Who is the artist that made the sculpture in front of union station?
When was the Holy Rosary established?
What does it say on Lincoln Bowls ticket booth? (at the top)
What is the name of the school that is next to the only pedestrian bridge that crosses I-5 south of Highway 16?
What endangered animal is painted on the side of Bobs Java Jive?
What phone number do you call to clean the foss skatepark?
Who created the War Memorial Park?
When was the Goldfish Tavern Established?

First – whoever created the artistic handbill – please make this into a t-shirt and distribute them, it’s a great design. Second, taking a stab at trivia:
Holy Rosary est – 1898
Lincoln Bowl ticket booth – Go Abes
School that crosses the bridge – Holy Rosary
Java Jive endangered – seal
Union Station sculture – don’t know, but a more interesting answer might tell which local Tacoma foundary made the sculture and who is the “muse” that insprired the figure – just a suggestion….for those hardcore trivialites…..

How could something so utterly vague be viral? It doesn’t create buzz so much as it does “Huh?”‘s. Besides, with no location for this supposed event, does anyone have the energy to poke around town or is the “bloggers lair” (as Erik B refers to it) aka Blackwater just to be assumed?

I guess if I found this creation on top of a sand dune in Arabia that I would assume it was created by an intelligent creator.

Otherwise I would think it was a dumb and frustrating waste of time! Ok sorry, I’ve had some wine.

I guess if I was in a Turkish prison and they gave me a choice of facing a firing squad or facing this…I’d take the squad.

I guess if I was seeking funds for a Meth outreach center in Tacoma and I needed to prove its necessity, I would point to this.

I guess if I was at the Vatican drinking a PBR with the Pope and I wanted to demonstrate that abortion is a justifiable position…
