Showcase was a just a warm up… Keep the local arts festival energy going this weekend with the Glass Roots Arts Festival. This street festival will focus on local artists/artisans of all media. Only goods created, designed, recorded, etc. in the region or by someone living in the region are featured. Hear local music. See local artists. Check out the glass blowers and the mobile hot shop.

The guys from 2 Ft Crew are preping the big purple wall on Ct. D (Embellish Bldg.) for their giant mural on Sunday. It’s looking great. Stop by and see the progress. They will being painting on a lift on Sunday at the festival.
