Tacoma Film Festival, October 4 - 11 (27. September 2007, 12:57 by Erik) ~ Lights ... Camera ... Action!

The official guide for the 2nd Annual Tacoma Film Festival is in today’s Tribune and are also available at the Grand Cinema.

This year, the Film Festival has more than 70 films, with both shorts and feature-length films. Many have played at film festivals across the world, including the Sundance Film Festival. Some filmmakers will be in town to discuss their films after screenings.

Venues include Tacoma Art Museum, the School of the Arts Theater, the Landmark Convention Center, and the Grand.

The local film “South 5 – True Grit” will be part of the Opening Night with the feature “Let Others Suffer.”

Check the guide or TacomaFilmFestival.com for ticket prices and schedules. Look for coverage of the Film Festival early next week on the Exit133 B Side.
