For All the Marbles ( 3. October 2007, 09:14 by Erik) ~ By Mike Bottorff

Remember that one game you loved growing up as a kid? Remember how every time you played that game it was for the world, or possibly universal, championship? Remember how fifteen minutes was never long enough for recess and how the playground was a minefield of treacherous encounters?

For all the Marbles wraps all of this up into one kid’s 10-minute adventure through playground peril, and the universal championship is on the line. Nostalgic, innocent, and entertaining, For all the Marbles is a moviegoer’s ice cream sundae. Rating: Four stars (out of five)
