In the midst of all this Tour of Urban Living talk, here’s another condo project that recently arrived on the market. The circa 1913 Elliott Hall apartments were recently converted and showed up on MLS a few weeks ago. The building is a classic North Slope Historic District apartment building with a pretty darn grand set of columns by the front doors. Not everybody wants new construction or a downtown condo… maybe this is more your style.
Units range in price from $300k to $335k for 1200 square feet.
Listed with Coldwell Banker
p.s. If you do like the classic apartments, the condo building next to the Hob Nob has two units available right now at around $175k for 835 square feet. One or two.

Classy and classic. I’ll enjoy checking out this building to see how much of the original was retained in the conversion.
FYI, Wright Park Condos, the ones next to the Hobnob are a good value. As a resident of the building, I have to say we’ve got a great community. As a building that’s been condos now for 10 years, it was one of the earlier conversions. Some of our neighbors have been in the building since that time and others just recently moved in. We’d love to find others interested in sharing in the joys of the location and in the enjoyment and maintenance of the large private garden.
What could be better than lawn bowling in the front yard or wandering next door to the HobNob in pajamas for breakfast?
