If you wish to comment on the issue and could not make it this evening the Council invites your written comments and there will be a public comment period on November 13, when it is formally on the agenda.
Clarification: Mr. Mayor said that the council welcomed any additional comments written or by e-mail. I believe he meant that the Council would be interested in hearing more from interested parties in a legislative manner. I think the public hearing and public record were closed at the conclusion of the hearing.
Prior to taking public comment, staff always states that no public comment will be taken on any issue that has already had a public hearing. I assumed that this applied to the Foss project as well, but I could well be mistaken.
Regardless, after three years and exhaustive staff work, is there really anything left to add at this point?
