Jake sent us a little note that 207 North I Street was listed on Craigslist. You may remember this as the former Calendula space we talked about in July. We had heard about ground level retail, a medical office, two levels of condos, plus parking in the building… and now it’s on Craigslist and seeming a bit more flexible.

On a separate topic, do you remember our little discussion about the Mueller Harkins dealership at 6th and St. Helens. With 118 comments, I won’t forget it any time soon. So we had seen a little office in the building show up as FOR LEASE several months ago. Well now, given that we can lease a pretty significant piece of space in the building – 15,000 square feet for $5500 – I’m curious about the timeline for that grocery store…
