Late last year, the City Council approved a contract with AngelouEconomics to create a blueprint for downtown Tacoma’s economic development. The AE proposal included a large amount of public input and a tight timeline. A page has been set up on the City of Tacoma’s website talking about the Economic Strategic Plan and asking for public input through a resident and business owner survey. The page also includes information on the long term goals of the studies. Looks like AE is staying true to their efficient time schedule and their desire for public input. If you have an opinion, make yourself heard!

Me too!
We need as much input from as many community members as possible.
Please, fill out the survey and pass this simple URL on to anyone who know who has an interest in providing feedback to make the downtown more vibrant:

izenmania,
Any chance you’d be willing to tell us how you got into a focus group? I’d be interested in participating in one for downtown residents or for people who don’t get to spend their day in Tacoma
