Reminder: Wayzgoose is on Sunday. We’ll see you there.
Yesterday, on a sunny February day in Tacoma, Jessica Spring, from Springtide Press, and sweet pea tested their steamroller method of printing in preparation for the Kings’ Book 4th Annual Wayzgoose on March 2nd.
Now, just picture this on St. Helens Avenue with a lot more artists, spectators, and sweet pea behind the wheel…
Kings’ Books’ 4th Annual Wayzgoose
March 2nd, 2008 12 to 4 pm
218 St. Helens Ave.

Cute music. It reminds me…I have a mostly-flattened trombone that I need to have steamrolled. D’ya s’pose sweet pea wants to pick up a little side task?

Most excellent! I must point to the superior quality of the exit133 video feed:

Jessica Spring is my favorite destination on the Tacoma Art Studio Tours. Rock on Springtide Press! Kings Books is always awesome, though I question their endorsement of Hillary Clinton… that is irrelevant for the subject of comment on this post.

Love it!
Reminds me of a “how to” letterpress article I came across recently in Readymade magazine.
Maybe if I spent less time blogging I would have time to actually make something, hmm.

What great fun! Jessica told me it will be a great event for families, so bring the kids!

That was not not an endorsement of Hillary, it was just a common space for a large group of people to get together. King’s could hold 150 Ron Paul gatherers if you can muster them.

I couldn’t make out the text in the graphic – what does it say?
Oh, I like the idea of using elephants in place of the steamrollerto make art. Let’s put those lazy zoo animals to work!

I’ve been to Jessica’s studio on Art Studio Tours, she prints a wide variety of art! My kids especially like it.
