The fine folks at Rusty George would like remind you of another weird holiday that you may have forgotten… Human Awareness Day. From the description:
Social media. Reality television. Online dating.
For years we’ve been inventing surrogates for actual human interaction. Sure, the television is always there for you. Of course the computer never judges. But are you really satisfied bathing in the cold glow of electronic love? No. You are not. You are human and it’s time to reclaim your humanity.
Why is everyone looking at us?
They promise fun, human interaction (maybe even a designer or two!) and request that you leave your little electronic friends at the door.

As I commented on the spew, I find the human flesh colored ribbon super creepy.
Bringing to mind images of human-colored lampshades.

Actually Mr Anderson. It’s an orange ribbon.
Made of… ribbon.
No need to insult Hawaiians.
