There are at least three of you that we see on a regular basis who should’ve bought something a long time ago. Well, listen here, your little apartment is great and all, but here’s a little apartment that you can afford to buy. It’s even in the neighborhood. It’s across the street from Magoo’s – for good or bad. You can get a haircut without leaving the building. Cross the street for some yoga and grab a pizza on your way home. In total you’ll walk about sixty feet. I’d consider it. $161k in the North End. What do you think?

Once upon a time, I was considering buying the other condo in this building. It was only about $45k (in late 2000 or early 2001), but it also was completely unfinished, had really low ceilings, and the bathroom was out in the hallway and also used by the barber shop… This doesn’t sound like a bad deal…granted it’s kind of small, but great size for one or two people.

Looks like an office in this building just went up for sale $159,333. The listing doesn’t give much info. No square footage given.
2621 N 21st Street
Extremely clean and well kept, Eclectic spacious architecture. A loft like feeling with natural light makes this office warm & inviting. Ample parking on the street, Electrical & plumbing updated, New roof. Wired for High Speed internet, network wiring w/over 10 jacks installed and ready for your computers. Area for 3 signs One lighted. 2 seperate entrances.
Maybe for that price you could put some $$ into it and make it an residential condo?
