Sixth Avenue Area Charmer (13. March 2006, 13:30 by Derek Young) ~ Deluxe Living in a Small Package

We scan Craigslist for good homes in Tacoma on a pretty regular basis. Normally, all we see is junk. This one, on the other hand, seems to be the exception. In spite of the author’s propensity for excitement this home seems genuinely decent at $230k and a block north of Sixth. It’s under 1000 square feet, but the architectural originality seems to be reasonably intact. It includes a picket fence and window blinds. Anybody?
