The Pierce County Tax Assessor’s office has issued its 2006 values for homes on its website. My goodness. Did somebody tell Mr. Madsen that Tacoma’s real estate is hot. Shhh… that’s supposed to be our little secret. Over the last five years our home’s value, according to the tax assessor, has increased by approximately 10% per year plus or minus 1%. This year’s increase is 26.89%. Merry Christmas.
