Natural Yard Care Workshop - September 25

With cooler weather on the way, it’s time to start thinking about preparing your yard and garden for the fall and next season. Would you like to learn about environmentally friendly yard and garden maintenance? This fall, the Tacoma Nature Center and Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department are sponsoring fun and informative “Natural Yard Care” workshops for Tacoma area residents.

The workshops will be presented as a series and will cover different topics each evening including natural lawn care, garden pest management, backyard composting, and sustainable landscape design.

Program fee is $5 per household for both workshops and space is limited! Pre-registration is required.
