UWT Land Deal Gets City's Attention ( 8. June 2005, 17:49 by Derek Young) ~

So it appears this little story about 6.1 acres of downtown land is getting some attention. The TNT had two separate columns on the deal:

Council knew little of UWT land deal – The News Tribune

City should keep neighborhood informed of plan – The News Tribune

Wasn’t it Phelps, Corpuz, and friends that used to hang at the Parkway and share a few beers? Should we be surprised that business occurred outside of city hall in this city?
