Black Water NOT Closing ( 1. December 2008, 10:52 by Whitney Rhodes) ~ Need Coffee

We happened to notice an alarming post on feedTacoma this weekend that was titled Blackwater Cafe Closing. Since this is one of our favorite places we immediately went straight to the source – Rachel, the owner, herself.

I’m pleased to say that Black Water is NOT closing. However, there are some changes afoot and when she is ready to talk about them, there will be some exciting news.

Don’t worry Tacoma. The best Vanilla Latte in town is safe.

Glad they’re not closing.

I may not be a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy their coffee-free chai latte.
