Julie Anderson to Become Deputy Mayor? ( 5. January 2009, 11:56 by Derek Young) ~ A New Year

The News Tribune is reporting that Tacoma City Councilmember Spiro Manthou’s role as Deputy Mayor ended with the New Year and City Councilmember Julie Anderson is next in line for the position. A resolution appointing Anderson is on Tuesday’s City Council agenda.

It is slightly more complicated. As you may recall, Anderson’s name is on the Pierce County Democrat’s short list for Pierce County Auditor. Interestingly, independent of that selection bickering process, Anderson has already filed to run in November for the PC Auditor seat. This will be a busy year for Ms. Anderson.

it is sad that Julie Anderson stories lay barren with ZERO comments, while TraveLLer stories soak comments up like a sea sponge.

Would it help Ms. Anderson if she removed any clothing during council meetings?

sounds like a domain squatting oportunity RR.

For what it’s worth. I think Julie is hotter than Sarah Palin, Tina Fey, Spiro Manthou and Spiro Agnew combined!

No comments is sometimes because of massive burn out.

Take yours truly, for example. My parents go on and on and on and on and on and on about Obama selling the Nation downriver. My bro-in-law has decided to become a secessionist (no kidding!), and every time I see him, he feels the need to tell me why the South should have won the Civil war and why the Stars and Bars aren’t racist (apparently if you’re offended by the flag, you’re just ignorant).
Factor in the even bigger dose than usual of political rhetoric this last year.

No offense to Julie Anderson, but if I have to deal with any more politicians/politics, I’ll have an aneurysm.
Hopefully I’ll be recovered by 2010.

Take the 3D glasses off and get a clue at what you are imagining. Palin does not resemble my neighbor’s rotweiler with buck teeth. I feel an aneurysm coming on.

probably saw this coming, but for future generations:

Another person who wants to feed off the public trough….

Oink Oink.

So, if she runs for office and wins, does this mean she will quit her State job? Or is she gonna want to call in there too?

Oink Oink

But where is Boris Badinov? Better, WHO is Boris?

RR – Godaddy and it’s yours. $9.95 What’re you waiting for?

Mike: people only wear 3d glasses at special movies. I do not put on 3D glasses to judge the appearance of women. Many of us in Tacoma like buck teeth, crooked teeth, missing teeth and no teeth.

Don’t be such a dental judger.
