No comments? Here’s a hint: A Weyerhaeuser never owned the house, but one did live in it for for several years.

Very good. It's Buffelen's "Villa Montana" built by William Sheard in 1905 at 5th and Yakima. John Philip Weyerhaeuser lived in the house from 1916 to 1923 until John Buffelen bought it.
