Best way to annoy web users:
Have the refresh on your site get screwy so you have to clear the cache to make it load new comments.

Or do a hard refresh of the page. Methods vary by OS and browser, but on FF+OSX shift+cmd+R.
Alternately, if you’re feeling extra hacky, type “javascript:document.location.reload(true);” into your address bar. You can add a quick shortcut for this…
