When you think of the Stadium District, what do you think of? Stately homes? Classic brick apartment buildings? A high school on a cliff? Do you ever think to yourself, you know, I wish I could find myself a nice late 1980s condo in the middle of a historic neighborhood? If so, here’s your chance. Sometime last week a list of condos at 25 Broadway hit my inbox. Where’s 25 Broadway? Behind Tacoma Wine Merchants and the Harvester. Of course it is… I couldn’t even think of what building could be there that’s going condo. It’s not my style, but you’re different from me. Wasn’t this a retirement village? Did they kick all the old people out again like they did downtown in the Vintage Y?
