The Commencement, home to Tacoma’s most expensive condos, is getting even more pricey. From what we hear, prices just increased $50k to $90k on the remaining units. Maybe this will help pay for the helipad to ensure that “8 minutes to downtown” commute.

There are several units left, but here’s a nice two bedroom listed with Windermere

Nice. Have they started breaking ground yet?

Glad to see Ruston get some activity. They need a steady tax base.
