Why is this house for sale on North Prospect interesting? It wasn’t that long ago that the footprint of the house was nearly half its current width. The left side of the home is original. The right side is add-on as part of the remodel. It looks pretty decent. Why else is it interesting? It wasn’t that long ago that an RV was parked where that deck now is and a half dozen cars were scattered around the front and back yard as ‘art.’
The grass is so shiny and clean. I don’t recognize it. Why else is it interesting? The price. Healthy.

Hmmm. Nice but still small. North end houses are expensive.

Still, it beats those Quadrant homes that are popping up all over the place.

Fantastic. Not only has my view drastically improved, but my house’s value just went up about $100,000. I wonder who my new neighbors are going to be and how often they’ll invite us over for dinner parties.
