Broadview Condos A Go (26. May 2006, 07:07 by Derek Young) ~ We Can Always Use More Condos
Our tipsters have been busy lately. We heard last night that the Broadview Luxury Condos at 215 Broadway (Stadium Way) just recieved funding and is a go. They had some issues from what we hear and the project and website were on hold. The word on the street is that construction is to begin soon. On the other hand, I also heard from a different tipster that construction was to begin next year. It’s moving… some day.

I can’t get the web site to work. Maybe that’s a sign it will be put off for awhile.
I do see that they think they can sell units for 1.3M

...I believe they revamped the floor layout, so I’m not sure if there is still going to be a 1.3M unit.

Ha. Yeah. The funny thing is that the weeds are starting to take over the sign and the 1.3M is getting hard to read.
Hope it works though. The drawing on the LID presentation looks good.
