Our Summer farmshare has entered week three and things are getting more interesting. A beautiful bunch of carrots brings us a new dose of color. Several pints of raspberries are always a good thing. Rhubarb. Some greens. Broccoli! More fava beans. Some absolutely gorgeous lettuces. Maybe I’ll get around to cooking those fava beans this week…

Mmmm, fava beans…..steamed, marinated in Italian dressing, throw in some pine-nuts, parm, basil and sundried tomatoes….yummy!
