The place was huge.
Speaking of marketing condos, thought I would share this one with everyone who looks at real estate listings.
Cracks me up:
“McCarver Village Phase II is a townhome community, NOT a condominium. Listed as a condo for marketing response.”
They are telling the truth. It is not a condo community. It is a zero lot line townhome community.
McCarver Village (zero lot line): You own the land under your townhome.
CitySteps (condo townhome): The HOA owns the land under your unit.
There are pluses and minuses to both.
Most people think of townhomes as only condos, so them marketing it as a condo will help them have a larger audience.
FYI: Same thing with Triangle Townhomes on 6th and Fawcett. They are zero lot line townhomes, not condos.

oh also..
Zero lot line you also own the exterior of the unit.
Condos you own from the studs in.
