Do you remember that little story a few months back about a house getting knocked down? We received word the other day that Eric Russell’s Gig Harbor home is nearly sold – or at least pending sale. 4 bedrooms. 4.5 bathrooms. 7400 square feet. 100 feet of waterfront. Nice neighborhood. Asking price of $3.25 million. Has construction started on the new 10,000+ square foot ‘craftsman’ yet?

Excavation has started on the site of the house that was knocked down. The construction fence is up and equipment is on site.
