One of our inquisitive tipsters has noticed that Tacoma based, and ever present, Prium, has expanded into south King county and Downtown Spokane. At the same time we’re shocked to see that their Thea Foss project is called Porpoise Landing. How have we missed that little detail? Ahh… the memories. Do you remember when the porpoises used to jump and play along the Foss? Our tipster noted, “I don’t know if I would want to tell people I live at Porpoise Landing.”

I may be completely wrong (memory fades)... but I am pretty sure I worked with Prium in S King County about 6 or 7 years ago, doing the development on a commercial site near Lake Tapps… I s’pose we could check with Prium on their beginnings….

Is that a “water feature” I see? With a name like that, I hope they plan on having a statue of Flipper complete with water squirting out the blowhole!
