My friends and I have, on occasion, talked about the value of a Sound view in Tacoma. What’s the uplift on a home’s value if one looks out over the water versus an identical house without the view? So this morning a listing appeared in our inbox for a home in the 1200 block of North J Street that boasts that is is just “One Block away from a fabulous sound view!”. Hmm… what’s the value of being close to a water view? Is this like being really close to a good part of town?
I’m a little curious about the price. There must be more to this house than meets the eye… and I don’t think it’s the Pergo floors.
