Filthy 15 Down to 14... 13 Actually (24. August 2006, 12:24 by Derek Young) ~ Counting Them Down

The filthy 15 property at 612 Tacoma Avenue South that we talked about a few months back is no more. From what we hear the demolition started on Monday and the unconfirmed rumor is a that new condos are going in the spot. As I looked at the Filthy 15 list, I noticed that house in the 6600 block of South Prospect was also demolished recently. This means we have not one, but two open slots on the Filthy 15.
