Exit133 is about Tacoma

Le Port de Tacoma

We’re not quite sure what to say about this, mainly because we’re not quite sure what they’re saying about Tacoma. Anyone speak French?

Parés à virer,
Les gars, faudrait haler.
On s’ repos’ra quand on arriv’ra

{Refrain}

{Refrain}

{Refrain}

{Refrain}

The song doesn’t say anything about Tacoma. Tacoma is just used for the rhyme. The song is a sailor’s song, saying “we’ll rest when we arrive in the Port of Tacoma”.

The google translator can’t handle the lyrics because so many letters are replaced by apostrophes to indicate they are skipped when pronounced by the singer.
