The Garbageman’s Guide to Life

There's a new book out with a familiar Tacoma name in the byline. Norm LeMay and his coauthor have significant experience in the solid waste disposal industry - experience they want to apply to your personal life...

Working with garbage every day taught Norm and Steven that we all carry trash in our heads that gets in the way of our relationships, our jobs, and our dreams. By taking the basics of the trash business—the truck, the landfill, the can—these guys developed a down-to-earth philosophy to toss that trash and go on to live an extraordinary life.

We haven't read the book yet, but it sounds like they've got the metaphor market covered.
