Annual Tourism Matters Mtg: Education Session—Preparing Frontline Staff for the U.S. Open

This session is appropriate for all frontline staff and their management, and is especially suited for hotels, restaurants, retail shops, event/meeting spaces, and attractions.Your staff will engage with hospitality industry expert, Ken Batali who will help prepare them to meet the expectations of a discriminating clientele. He will discuss high-touch customer service within the context of the upcoming U.S. Open. This session will instill confidence in your staff to create a memorable experience for all of your customers, whether its now or in the future. The cost to attend is $70 per person, and includes attendance at the annual Tourism Matters meeting immediately following the frontline session. Lunch is included at the annual meeting.
