If Cars Could Talk: Ford Model A

August 1, 2017 at 11:30 am

Museum Educator and Docent Bob Rezba will discuss the rise of the Ford Model A and its popularity in the late 1920s and early 1930s. As a member of the Gallopin’ Gertie Model A Ford Club of Tacoma, the Model A Ford Club of America and the Model A Ford Foundation, he will also talk about its continued appreciation and popularity. There are many chapters to the story of the automobile. If cars could talk, they might just share stories we never imagined. Each month, our speaker will pick a car and offer a fascinating peek into its history. Join us the first Tuesday of each month, and explore the story of cars with Museum curators, staff, or local personalities over lunch. Free, with Museum admission. Bring a lunch, or enjoy a meal from Classics by Pacific Grill.
