Seattle Magazine has a review of some of their favorite new craft cocktail bars up in their neck of the woods - and one down in ours.
When Chris Keil was at 1022 he earned a fair amount of ink for his work behind the bar, and the trend continues at his new venue, Hilltop Kitchen. The review mention's HK's Duncan Idaho, which we can say from personal experience is an excellent choice.
It's nice to see HK getting some Seattle attention, and we're definitely going to have to see how one or two of the other bars on the list measure up next time we find ourselves in Seattle.Read more at Seattle Magazine
