This next weekend, 13 condo projects and 3 apartment buildings will open their doors for the Tour of Urban Living. The Tour provides you with a chance to stare out the window of downtown condos and apartments, admire some of the changes in downtown Tacoma, and meet other folks interested in the direction of our city.

If you have any interest in the emerging downtown lifestyle, join the tour and see what's going on in our city. This is a great weekend to check things out.

In addition to the tour, the second annual Block Tie Affair, an event celebrating Tacoma's urban pioneers, is this Thursday night, October 11th. Last year, we saw more than 400 people. This year should be even better. Invitations for the event started going out a week or two ago. We'll be there.
