UPS Flea Market Tomorrow

Tomorrow at 10:00 am the doors open on the 40th Annual UPS Women’s League Flea Market. 

The popular event has become one of the university’s and North End’s longest-standing traditions, held each spring for the past four decades. All proceeds raised from the flea market go toward scholarships for deserving students. According to event organizers, last year’s flea market raised $16,500. The money was awarded to 12 students.

It’s $1.00 at the door.  Sixty vendors.  Garage sales are fun, but you have to drive.  Here you get everything in one place.  I spent many hours at this sale during my UPS years.  I found many treasures in the boxes, bags, and booths that fill the field house.  Go for it.  Just $1.00.  Less than a cup of coffee.  Maybe you’ll find treasure this year…
